Regular and special meetings
Technical discussions and improvement proposals
Involvement in incident investigations (accidents, occupational diseases, poisoning, etc.)
3. Meeting Minutes
Stores and structures all OSH Committee meeting minutes, including:
Issues discussed and resolution status
Attendance records
Recommendations and follow-up actions
4. Person-in-Charge for OSH (PIC OSH)
Records activities and reports by individuals responsible for OSH, such as:
OSH Coordinators (OSH-C)
Internal Safety Officers
Project Coordinators
5. Inspection Reports
Records official visits and inspections by agencies such as the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), including:
Audit or inspection reports
