Safety Committee Module

This module is designed to help organizations record, coordinate, and monitor activities and documentation related to the Occupational Safety and Health Committee (OSH Committee) or Safety Team.
It consists of 6 main submodules, reflecting the critical role of the committee in planning, implementing, and evaluating OSH initiatives at the workplace.

List of Submodules & Brief Descriptions:

1. OSH Committee Members
Records complete information about OSH committee members, including:

• Official appointment letters

• Roles and responsibilities

• Duration of appointment and confirmation

• Related supporting documents

2. OSH Committee / Safety Team Activities
Records all activities carried out by the OSH committee, including:

• Workplace inspections

• Regular and special meetings

• Technical discussions and improvement proposals

• Involvement in incident investigations (accidents, occupational diseases, poisoning, etc.)

3. Meeting Minutes
Stores and structures all OSH Committee meeting minutes, including:

• Issues discussed and resolution status

• Attendance records

• Recommendations and follow-up actions

4. Person-in-Charge for OSH (PIC OSH)
Records activities and reports by individuals responsible for OSH, such as:

• OSH Coordinators (OSH-C)

• Internal Safety Officers

• Project Coordinators

5. Inspection Reports
Records official visits and inspections by agencies such as the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), including:

• Audit or inspection reports 

• Non-compliance notes and warnings 

• Corrective actions taken

6. Incident Investigation
This submodule focuses on investigations involving:

• Workplace accidents 

• Dangerous occurrences  

• Poisoning and occupational illnesses
